RELAY 0.1.1: Bug-fixes & A Slightly Different Ray Control

Bugs Fixed:

• The main robot used to explode whenever any other robot hits the electric grid. Now every robot can die alone :)
• The walking sound used to keep looping if I toggle to transmission mode while walking.

Other Features:

• The ray is now moved using WASD (or Arrow keys). The target point will move towards the direction of the input. We are still seeking a better method to control the ray. We may end up having a mouse mode for ray control.
